The more I think about my blog, the more excited I become about the wealth of information and inspiration available to us. For this blog, I would like to focus on one of the finest examples of mediumship.

I am British, but have the great honor of living in the United States. When people ask me what I miss about my home country, I always say “friends, family, and spiritualist churches” – Great Britain has a long history of spiritualism. I began attending services at these spiritualist churches as a boy, fascinated to hear about spiritualist beliefs and to savor the public displays of mediumship.

Wikipedia describes spiritualism as “a monotheistic belief system or religion, postulating a belief in God, but with a distinguishing feature of belief that spirits of the dead residing in the spirit world can be contacted by mediums who can then provide information about the afterlife.” Spiritualism originally developed in the United States but quickly became very deeply rooted in Britain. It is beautiful to receive very accurate and specific evidence from the spirit world, confirming the continued existence and wellbeing of our loved ones. Gordon Higginson is one of the finest mediums ever.
