Revelations 12:1-2

“And there appeared a great wonder in the heavens; a woman clothed with the Sun, and the Moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars.” The twelve stars are the signs of the zodiac, the twelve tribes of Israel (the sons of Jacob). When Jacob blessed his twelve sons he was referring to the twelve attributes of development for the human soul (Aries through Pisces).
