Palpable Perseverence: Taurus Supermoon

Tuesday, October 27, 2015 welcomes our third consecutive SuperMoon, achieving her peak at 3'44 Taurus at 8:05 am EDT. A SuperMoon is an extra strong lunation because the moon is closer to the earth than normal. Taurus is an earth sign so this Full Moon will offer a grounding influence in areas of security, balance, and joy to name a few. Feel sensual and beautiful at the core of your being during this time! Keep in mind, though, that emotions are heightened at the time of a Full Moon, especially a super moon, so it will be wise to keep yours in check and make smart choices.

This SuperMoon asks you to closely examine your core values and decide who and what brings you security. How you feel about yourself is also under the microscope. Since Venus, ruler of Taurus, rules wealth She asks you to examine your relationship with money and encourages you to release any poverty vows you maybe holding onto.

Venus will be conjunct Jupiter, the planet of benevolence and expansion, and Mars, the planet of ambition and desire. This configuration under the sign Virgo asks you to reflect on your service to others and how you are contributing to society. This is also a good time to consider your health and eliminate emotional baggage that could lead to illness.

The triple conjunction (Venus-Mars-Jupiter) makes a trine to Pluto, the planet of transformation. With the Sun in Pluto's domicile, Scorpio, this is a powerful configuration for releasing what no longer serves you. It is also a good time to get in touch with your sacred sexuality, however, it is important to remember to use good judgment because the intensity of this lunation could lead to uncontrollable desires and regrettable decisions, later.
